Qualifications:
Four year undergraduate degree or equivalent.
Six years full time work experience, with 3 years
at a Supervisory or Managerial level.
Proficiency in oral and written English.
Experience in public and private development programs,
projects, or institutions is beneficial.
Overview:
The Master in Development Management (MDM) is an 11-month intensive, innovative and practitioner-oriented programs designed to prepare development executives and practitioners to manage and lead public and civil society organization, cooperatives and private non-profit firms amidst economic and political transitions.
The MDM program is truly commited to producing visionary and transformational development managers who create public value and maximize the sustainable public good.
After 11 months, MDM students return to their respective organizations prepared, competent and motivated to effect substantive impacts on their organizations, communities and nations.

Module I provides students a deeper understanding of the basic management skills and processes to manage development trends amidst transitions successfully.
Module II enhances the students' conceptualizing, synthesizing, strategizing and integrating skills to be able to develop integrated, innovative and creative strategies leading to substantive changes/reforms.
